Be part of one of London's most exciting cultural projects as we prepare to open the new London Museum at Smithfield. Our retail spaces will play an important role in helping visitors connect with London's stories through a unique range of products inspired by the museum's collections, exhibitions and the city itself. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team helping to create memorable visitor experiences from day one.
We are recruiting 6 full-time Retail Assistants and 1 part-time Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, help maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, process sales transactions and support the day-to-day operation of our retail spaces. Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will engage with visitors from around the world and help ensure every customer receives a warm and welcoming experience.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a busy environment, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience of working in a museum is not required. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You will also be asked to complete a short task as part of the section process.
