We are looking for a creative and proactive Email Marketing Officer to join our Digital Innovation team and play a key role in delivering CRM and email marketing support for the museum. You will join us at an exciting time as we strive to provide change ahead of the opening of our new museum at Smithfield, reinventing what it means to be a city museum for the twenty-first century.

 

This role will work within the Communications and Digital Innovation teams to grow our audience, drive ticket and product sales, deepen engagement and contribute to our digital transformation project.

 

If you are a creative thinker with a great eye for of aesthetics, detail and accuracy and an understanding of how to produce attention grabbing emails that resonate with audiences, this could be the perfect role for you.
