The museum will sit in atmospheric former market buildings – over 30,000 sqm – at the heart of one of the capital’s most historic and creative quarters, Smithfield.

The Estate and Facilities Coordinator will be a key collaborator, supporting the entire Facilities and Estate department with our transition to the new museum and the smooth & efficient delivery of both Hard & Soft facilities services.

This is a varied and interesting role in which an organised and enthusiastic department coordinator will thrive. Being proactive, approachable, with an ability to follow process, and work collaboratively with others will be essential to help bring success to the team. This role would be well suited to someone with an interest or passion for new digital technology and would like to develop their skills and knowledge in this area. You will utilise a range of digital tools and as a minimum have good knowledge and proficiency of the Microsoft 365 suite particularly Excel, MS Teams, & SharePoint (or equivalent systems). Experience working with helpdesk information systems is also essential.

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive person to join a passionate and committed Estate and Facilities team. Join us in shaping the future of the largest cultural project in the UK and one of the most anticipated museum builds in the world.
